Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to:

  • United States only


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. You may track your package using the carrier’s website.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VoltxFitness is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim.

VoltxFitness is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.


8. Force Majeure

VoltxFitness is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
