1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Malaysia only
- international
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Malaysia): [2–7 business days]

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VoltxFitness is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery so we can assist with a courier investigation.
VoltxFitness is not responsible for packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Force Majeure
VoltxFitness is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
