1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items are in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or required by law:

  • Hygiene or personal care items
  • Undergarments
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange in accordance with Malaysian consumer protection laws.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.

8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

VoltxFitness reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect abuse of the return policy, fraud, or misuse.
