VoltxFitness reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. VoltxFitness reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by VoltxFitness’s Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging within the stated return period. Certain items, including hygiene products and clearance items, may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable, unless required by law.

VoltxFitness will comply with all applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective, damaged, or misrepresented products.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
